Founded in 2021 by Chef Shreya Monga, we bring you happiness in the form of flavours inspired by cultural favourites from across the globe - in cakes, pastries and desserts you know and love
2016-2021
Foundations & Beginnings
While the idea of Weekend began when Chef Shreya graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in London, she knew she had to put in the hard yards before opening up. That's where our story begins
She went on to work for two years at L'Opera, specialising in French Pastry.
Post this, she set up Paul's first outlet in India, and followed that up with a stint as a professor at the Academy of Pastry Arts, India.
2021-2022
What Delhi Wants
As an expert in French Pastry, it was now time to understand what Delhi wants.
Chef Shreya started the Bakehouse with a focus on understanding Delhi's palette through pop-ups and exhibitions.
She served thousands of customers through Weekend Stalls at Select Citywalk, Aerocity, & One Horizon Centre.

After years of study, and labour - in 2022, we became South Delhi's highest rated Bakery on Zomato - bringing the idea of your ideal weekend to life.
Our menu helps transport you to the place you wish were your weekend getaway - New York through our Cheesecakes, Belgium through our chocolate cakes, or even your mother's kitchen as a child - with our puddings and cookies.
